Last week the Lord gave us a great teen camp. Ten young people from our church were able to attend. Many decisions were made at the end of the week. Several of our teens made decisions to serve the Lord more with their lives.
Sunday we had a good day, as always, at Love BC. We had 29 for the morning service including a family of four who visited for the first time. I preached our second Sunday morning on what it means to be born again from John 3. In the evening, we had Camilo Encina and his family with us to present his ministry to be a missionary in the country of Ecuador. He also challenged us with a message. We had 25 in attendance.
Monday evening through Tuesday evening I got to spend with my amazing wife. I enjoyed our precious quality time together.
Wednesday we had 16 people. I preached about how the raise children God’s way. After church, I took my three wonderful daughters out for a combined daddy-daughter date night dinner.
Tonight Anna and I started discipleship with a sweet married couple who have been attending our church. I just texted with the husband. He is teaching the same lesson we just went over this evening to a visiting couple who are family of his wife’s who live about five hours away from us, but don’t have a good church anywhere around them. I also taught an English class tonight. We went over Romans 10:9 for about 10 minutes during class.
Tomorrow evening we will have our weekly teen meeting. It’s exciting to see many of our young people excited about serving the Lord after last week’s camp.
